Located in Cherbourg harbour, this is the only sea salmon farm in France. The strong currents here are perfect for this kind of aquaculture. In Vains in the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel, the Lefranc family has been breeding dairy cows for four generations. The Cara-Meuh Farm produces caramel, butter, cream, cheese and meat, and is continuously reinventing itself, selling quality products that are entirely made on the farm.
